Victor Sekgabu Ngake is an accomplished executive finance leader with over a decade of progressive experience across the mining and energy sectors, including key roles at Anglo American, South32, De Beers Group, and Implats. Recognised for strategic financial stewardship, Victor has led complex operations in both core business functions and capital projects, including EPCM roles such as Project Control Manager at General Electric.
As Executive Manager: Finance at Implats, he provided strategic and commercial leadership to the Rustenburg Operations, overseeing finance, procurement, payroll, housing, and community development portfolios. He also served as a Director at Impala Chrome and held board-level roles at the Impala Workers Provident Fund, chairing the Audit Committee and leading investment governance.
