Victor Sekgabu Ngake is an accomplished executive finance leader with over a decade of progressive experience across the mining and energy sectors, including key roles at Anglo American, South32, De Beers Group, and Implats. As Executive Manager: Finance at Implats, he provided strategic and commercial leadership to the Rustenburg Operations, overseeing finance, procurement, payroll, housing, and community development portfolios. He also served as a Director at Impala Chrome and held board-level roles at the Impala Workers Provident Fund, chairing the Audit Committee and leading investment governance.
