Willem Badenhorst is a Senior Manager of the Maitland Group. He joined Maitland in 2009, first in a consulting role and subsequently heading up the Product Solutions business area. He has a wide range of experience in the investment fund and professional services industry. He began his career with an audit and professional services firm in Cape Town from 2003 to 2005. At the start of 2006, he relocated to Luxembourg where he took up an Audit Manager appointment with Deloitte, specialising in the audit of regulated UCITS funds, offshore hedge funds and private equity fund investing in emerging market economies. He has been Non-Independent Executive Director and CFO of ZCI Ltd since November 2012. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA). He has a B.Acc from Stellenbosch University.
