Major restructure on the cards for EOH

A major restructure at EOH will result in two distinct businesses in the group.

One of the largest business technology services companies in South Africa, EOH, has announced that it will be undergoing a major restructure, the result of which will be the creation of two distinct businesses in the group.

According to the firm, one business will continue to trade under the EOH brand while the other will have its brand and identity, as well as name – NewCo. NewCo is expected to launch within the next two months.

According to EOH, the EOH-branded business will comprise 55 percent of group revenue and offer end-to-end IT services, while NewCo will offer a high degree of specialisation and deep levels of expertise.

In addition, former CEO of EOH, Asher Bohbot, has been appointed as non-executive chairman with immediate effect, replacing Sandile Zungu in the role.
