Prior to joining McDonald's, "Zaf" was CFO at Ellerines Holdings, Finance Director at Johnson & Johnson and spent a decade in senior positions at Tongaat Hulett. A chartered accountant and product of Unisa's MBL programme, he has more than 20 years of finance and business experience across major industries, multinational and listed companies and worldwide brands. Launched in 1995, McDonald's SA operates over 200 restaurants in the country, employing 10 000 people and serving over 8 million customers per month.
