Adcorp appoints Noel Prendergast as permanent CFO

Noel has been acting as CFO since the resignation of former CFO Cheryl-Jane Kujenga.

Adcorp has announced the appointment of Noel Prendergast as its new CFO with immediate effect. Noel stepped in as acting CFO following the resignation of CFO Cheryl-Jane Kujenga, who has since been appointed as the new CFO of Ascendis.

Noel is a qualified CA(SA) and completed his articles at KPMG, followed by a senior manager role at PwC. After that, he served as an executive of corporate finance at Clientele. Before joining Adcorp, he was the group CFO of Wings Travel Management.

According to a statement by the company, Noel has been with the company as interim CFO since 1 July 2020, during which time he has navigated a complex environment and demonstrated the requisite skills and expertise for the role of CFO.
