Andisa Zinja joins Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority as CFO

Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority has appointed Andisa Zinja as its new chief financial officer.

Andisa is a finance executive with over 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors. She was appointed as CFO of Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority in April 2025. Prior to this she was the CFO at the Council for Medical Schemes, a position she held since 2020.

She was also the CFO at the Eastern Cape Socio Economic Consultative Council (ECSECC) from 2012 to 2020, having initially joined the organisation as a finance manager. Her earlier roles include assistant audit manager at the Auditor-General of South Africa and an article clerk at PwC in Papua New Guinea.

Andisa holds a master of philosophy in corporate strategy from GIBS Business School, a BCom in accounting from Rhodes University, and an honours in accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
