CFO Aubrey Dali back at Daybreak Foods

Aubrey Dali has returned to his role as CFO for Daybreak Foods.

Daybreak announced that Aubrey had agreed to resume the role after tendering his resignation earlier this month, following an internal dispute.

Aubrey resumes his role with immediate effect.

He first joined Daybreak Foods as CFO in October 2024, bringing more than 15 years of senior financial leadership experience across multiple industries, including agriculture, manufacturing and professional services to the role.

Prior to joining Daybreak, Aubrey served as financial director for agriculture at Omnia Holdings for just over two years, where he was responsible for the financial strategy of the group’s agriculture division.

Aubrey has held senior finance roles in both public and private sector organisations, where he led finance transformation projects and implemented governance frameworks.
He holds an honours in accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
