Decision Inc. mergers with Resolve Immix

Decision Inc. has announced a merger with South African-based software solutions provider, Resolve Immix, which will see Immix’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relations Management (CRM) experience join forces with Decision Inc.’s Information Management and Advisory Services. The merger also bolsters the significance of a Microsoft Gold Partner across a number of disciplines. 

Nick Bell (pictured), CEO of Decision Inc, said:

“Decision Inc. and Immix are experts in their respective fields. Given the importance of data in the digital landscape, this acquisition will result in empowering decision-makers with more advanced real-time insights regarding their information. Further to this the investment in Immix allows us to provide an even greater Microsoft partner to the market.”

Tony Bell, Director of sales at Decision Inc, added that ith digital transformation becoming vital to business success, the firm is confident the merger will provide its clients with the skills they require to differentiate themselves in the marketplace.

Craig Swanepoel, Director of Resolve Immix, said:

“This merger combines two leading companies in their spheres. The short time that it has taken to conclude this transaction bears testament to the aligned vision and culture of the two companies. We look forward to having a significant impact both in South Africa and globally as we grow scale and reach.”

As part of the deal, Imperial Logistics, the majority shareholder of Resolve Immix, has approved the sale of its shares to Decision Inc.
