Former CFO Jenna Sprenger new Investec Property Fund debt officer

Jenna has been appointed as Investec Property Fund’s debt officer following new JSE listing requirements.

Investec Property Fund has announced the appointment of its former CFO Jenna Sprenger as its new debt officer with immediate effect.

The appointment follows the Johannesburg Stock Exchange passing a new listing requirement that companies listed on the exchange should have a debt officer.

Jenna stepped down as CFO in June for personal reasons, enabling her to spend more time with her young family. She took up the role of heading up treasury and balance sheet management.

She was appointed as the CFO in December 2018.

Prior to this, Jenna was a financial manager at Annuity Properties. She also served as a manager, senior associate and audit clerk at KPMG.
