Niki Giles rejoins Prescient Fund Services

Former CFO of Sygnia is now Prescient’s head of strategy.

Former CFO of Sygnia Asset Management, Niki Giles has left the company to re-join Prescient Fund Services as the new head of strategy.

Niki formerly worked at Prescient for four years, from 2019 to 2023. She was the head investor for services and products from January 2019 to June 2021. She was then promoted to head of governance, risk, and compliance, where she served from July 2021 to April 2023, playing a critical role in product strategy and operations.

In her new role, Niki will be in charge of developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve Prescient Fund Services service offerings and operational efficiency.

She is a certified accountant (CA(SA)) and a chartered financial analyst (CFA) with more than 25 years of expertise in financial services including governance, compliance, risk management and financial operations.
