Motlalepula Ratlhagane, financial director at Manitou South Africa since 2022, has been nominated for the 2026 CFO Awards, following finance leadership roles at Master Plastics, Astrapak and MultiChoice Africa.
Motlalepula Ratlhagane, financial director at Manitou South Africa, has secured a nomination for the 2026 CFO Awards.
She has served as financial director at Manitou South Africa since 2022, bringing more than a decade of experience across finance, governance, accounting and strategic leadership in the manufacturing, packaging, media and advisory sectors.
Before joining Manitou South Africa, she served as CFO and company secretary at Master Plastics Limited for five years. She previously held the positions of company secretary and group financial manager at Astrapak.
Earlier in her career, Motlalepula worked as a management accountant at MultiChoice Africa and completed her audit training at Deloitte & Touche.
She holds an MBA from Henley Business School, as well as accounting qualifications from the University of Johannesburg.
Dubbed the “Oscars of Finance”, the CFO Awards continue to celebrate leaders who raise the bar for people leadership in South Africa across listed companies, large corporations and government institutions.
The 2026 nominees will be celebrated at a gala event on 26 November, where winners across multiple categories, including the CFO of the Year title, will be announced.
