MAS Real Estate appoints Raluca Buzuleac as permanent CFO

Raluca takes over the CFO responsibilities from Irina Girgore, who has been promoted to CEO.

MAS Real Estate has announced that Raluca Buzuleac, who has been serving as deputy CFO, will be taking on the responsibilities of CFO permanently.

Raluca took over from CFO Irina Girgore as deputy CFO in December 2021 after Irina was appointed as deputy CEO. Now, Irina will be stepping into the role of CEO permanently as Martin Slabbert steps down.

The leadership changes are a result of the progress achieved by MAS Group in its transition towards becoming a fully focused Central and Eastern Europe property investor and operator since the transaction with Prime Kapital in November 2019, which has now been completed.
