Masibulele Dem to continue serving as interim CEO of Hulisani

Hulisani has extended Masibulele Dem’s time as the interim CEO until 14 October 2021.

Hulisani has received further dispensation from the JSE for the CFO, Masbulele Dem, to continue serving as the company’s interim CEO until 14 October 2021.

Masibulele, who was nominated for his role as Hulisani’s CFO at the 2019 CFO Awards, stepped into the role of interim CEO in April 2021 following the resignation of Marubini Raphulu.

The company said in a statement that it is still searching for a permanent CEO.
