EOH Holdings has announced the appointment of Megan Pydigadu as its new group financial director.

Megan Pydigadu is a seasoned finance executive, having held senior financial positions at De Beers and Bateman. More recently, she held the position of CFO of Mix Telematics Limited for over six years, and of CFO of Eazi Access Rental for a year.

She was nominated for the CFO Awards in 2015.

Pydigadu will replace John King, another CFO Awards nominee, who resigned from the position on 3 October.

Stephen van Coller, CEO of EOH Holdings, says:

“I am really pleased to have secured the services of Megan, at a time when we are not only rebuilding EOH… but are actively pursuing organic growth.”

Van Coller expressed his gratitude to King for his time at the company.

Pydigadu will take on her new role with the new year, starting on 15 January 2019.
