Francis will be taking over from current CFO Lizette Smith with effect from 1 October.
Namibia-based Oryx Properties, which has a portfolio reaching into South Africa, has announced the appointment of Francis Heunis as the company’s new CFO with effect from 1 October.
She will be taking over from Lizette Smit, who announced her resignation on 30 June.
Before joining Oryx Properties as finance manager in 2018, Francis served as a senior manager and manager at PwC Namibia for four years. She joined PwC as an audit trainee in 2011.
Francis is a qualified chartered accountant and holds an MBA degree, as well as a B.Com honours in chartered accountancy from the North-West University.
