Sasol searches for CFO successor

Hanré Rossouw will step down as the CFO of Sasol after completing the company’s current year-end results.

Sasol has announced that Hanré Rossouw will step down as CFO at the end of October. This comes shortly after the company announced that it had streamlined its group executive committee.

Hanré joined Sasol as CFO-designate in April 2022 and officially took over the role in July 2022.

According to the company’s chairman, Steve Westwell, Hanré has made a solid contribution towards achieving Future Sasol. Hanré gave CFO South Africa a look into some of that work in a special feature looking at the future of energy in the country.
