Situl Jobanputra new CFO of Capital & Counties Properties

Capital & Counties Properties PLC (Capco) has announced that Situl Jobanputra (pictured) will be appointed to the executive director position of CFO effective 1 January 2017. This follows the resignation of Soumen Das as MD and CFO, announced on 26 July 2016.

Ian Hawksworth, Chief Executive of Capital & Counties Properties, said:

"We are delighted to welcome Situl to the Board of Capco and the role of CFO. He is well respected within the company and the wider markets and has significant investment banking and finance experience. Capco is committed to developing talent and Situl has consistently delivered since joining Capco. This appointment will also allow the existing successful finance structure to continue to operate efficiently."

Jobanputra is an experienced corporate financier, having led Deutsche Bank's UK real estate investment banking team before joining Capco in January 2014 to provide support on corporate finance and capital markets and to oversee the finance functions at Earls Court and Lillie Square.
