Dirk will step in as the acting group CFO of Telkom following the resignation of Tsholofelo Molefe.
Telkom has announced the appointment of Dirk Reyneke as acting group CFO with effect from 7 December 2020. Dirk will be taking over from exiting group CFO Tsholofelo Molefe, who has been appointed as the new group CFO of MTN.

Dirk has served as the CFO of Openserve, a division of Telkom, for the past 18 months. He joined Telkom in March 2012 from Absa Retail and Business banking. He was formerly a CFO of Telkom Mobile for four years and Gyro for two years. He also led the integration process of BCX and Telkom Enterprise.
He has been working with Tsholofelo for the past two years and will continue with the group’s financial strategic objectives.
According to the company’s statement, the appointment of a permanent group CFO is expected to be made at the end of a comprehensive process.
