Bryan Groome has left Verimark for an opportunity to learn new things as the Reflex Solutions CFO.
After being the Verimark FD for seven years, and having been with the company since 2015, Bryan Groome has decided that a change in career was needed. At the end of March, he announced that he would be leaving Verimark to become the new Reflex Solutions CFO.
“It was an extremely tough decision, given how long I had been at Verimark,” he says.
He adds that there are many fond memories of his time at Verimark. “The people at Verimark were great and the teams he had made going to work very easy. I am proud of the systems that were implemented and the analytics we’ve used to do it. However, delisting Verimark was one of the biggest highlights of my career.”

However, the tech industry has always interested Bryan, and he decided it was time to learn something new. The classroom? Reflex Solutions.
He explains that he is looking forward to the new role. “It’s a very different industry than what I’m used to, which is exciting. I think being able to implement learnings from the past into a different environment is going to be what I am most interested to see.”
Bryan says the role will have a strategic element to it, explaining, “The CFO role is changing every day, so the need to adapt and change the way you think is critical. But it all starts with alignment of the strategy.” He also hopes to bring a commercial element to the CFO role.
But first, he plans to get to know the business.
