Victor Sekgabu Ngake has been appointed as chief financial officer at Tlou Coal.
Victor brings a wealth of financial leadership experience from across the mining sector to his CFO role at Tlou Coal. His appointment on 1 May 2025 follows a rapid rise within the company, having joined just seven months earlier as finance manager.
Prior to joining Tlou Coal, Victor served as executive finance manager at Impala Platinum Holdings (Implats) for nearly three years. He joined Implats in 2021 after leading the finance function at South32 as head of department from 2018.

Victor holds an MBA in general business administration and general business management, a qualification that has underpinned his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and lead with both acumen and empathy.
