Charl Keyter has more than 20 years’ mining experience, having begun his career at Sibanye-Stillwater (then Sibanye Gold Fields) in February 1995. He is a CIMA-qualified Chartered Management Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from UJ, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from NWU. He also serves on the audit committees of both the Chamber of Mines of South Africa and the World Gold Council. He has twice – 2016 and 2017 – been nominated as South Africa’s CFO of the Year.
Charl has been nominated again for the 2024 CFO Awards for his work as the CFO of Sibanye-Stillwater.
