Roselyn Madiba

Roselyn Madiba has been the CFO and country controller of Citibank South Africa since May 2022. Prior to this, she was the head of regulatory reporting and capital management since joining Citibank in 2015.

Before this, she was a vice president in group treasury capital management at Barclays Africa Group/Absa Group.

Roselyn started her career at EY, where she did her articles and subsequently became an audit and regulatory manager. Before this, she completed her bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance at Rhodes University. She is a qualified CA(SA).

Roselyn has been nominated for the 2024 CFO Awards for her work as the CFO of Citibank South Africa.
