Vincent Mohau Motholo is a finance leader and chartered accountant , currently serving as the chief financial officer at the University of Cape Town and as the non-executive chairman of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). He was also a director and partner of SNG Grant Thornton for about four years. He was also a senior lecturer at UNISA for almost eight years. 

Vincent holds a bachelor of commerce honours degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
