The 5am Club teaches you how to use the first hour of your day to boost your mental focus, productivity and happiness. It’s a fictional story of an artist, an entrepreneur and a tycoon who learn the benefits and challenges of waking up before the sun from a mysterious mentor.

The book also provides a variety of tactics and principles for achieving high-performance in your personal and professional life.

“This book is helping me reshape my behaviour so that I can embrace those early hours,” Averen explains.

He shares his top four tips on how to fully benefit from waking up early.

  4. Dedicate the first 90 minutes of each workday to projects that matter the most.
