The IDC decided at its AGM not to reappoint KPMG, and chose its new auditors after an open tender process.
The Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa (IDC) has appointed new external auditors, after deciding not to reappoint its previous auditor, KPMG.
In a notice sent out by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), the IDC noted that in future, “SizweNtsalubaGobodo Inc (SNG) and Ngubane & Company (Ngubane) will serve as joint auditors for the financial statements ended 31 March 2018.”

The decision was made after an open tender procurement process, the IDC noted.
