Impala Platinum CFO Meroonisha Kerber takes on role of debt officer

Meroonisha Kerber will serve as Implats’ debt officer along with her role as the company’s CFO.

Impala Platinum has announced the appointment of CFO Meroonisha Kerber as its new debt officer with immediate effect.

The appointment follows the Johannesburg Stock Exchange passing a new listing requirement that companies listed on the exchange should have a debt officer.

Meroonisha took up the role of Implats CFO in August 2018. Before that, she served as finance VP at AngloGold Ashanti. She previously worked for Anglo American Platinum as head of financial accounting.
