Lesrick Nayager (pictured) has been appointed CFO for Decision Inc., a company which represents leading global technology brands and are experts in the implementation, support and execution of such technologies.
Nayager says:
"I will support the company in its expansion plans and in keeping up with the goals of the EXCO team. I aim to streamline business processes throughout - there are a number of subsidiaries with a wide pool of talent to leverage off. It is going to be an exciting challenge and, even though I have only been here less than a month, I am already having the best time of my career."
Nayager started at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Johannesburg before moving to PwC New York as a Senior Associate. He then came back to South Africa as a manager for PwC Sunninghill, before moving from there to MiX Telematics as a Senior Finance Manager. It was Decision Inc's CEO, Nick Bell, who lured Nayager from MiX Telematics to Decision Inc.
Nayager says it was Bell's "vision and commitment to the future" which inspired his decision to join the organisation. He adds:
"It is phenomenal to work with someone who founded this company, took it to new heights and still has impressive plans in the pipeline. Nick is ambitious - I've not even been here a month and already he's shown me how he is sticking to the plans he outlined to me at the start. It's going to be an exhilarating journey."
