Mr Price's Mark Stirton promoted to CFO after resignation of Stuart Bird
Mr Price corporate finance director Mark Stirton has been appointed as group chief financial officer.
The announcement of Mark Stirton’s promotion came shortly after the resignation of CEO Stuart Bird and the appointment of his successor, Mark Blair, who was the group’s previous CFO.
Mark is currently the corporate finance director at Mr Price and will be promoted to group chief financial officer with effect from 1 January 2019.
Mark joined the group in June 2014 and was promoted to group corporate finance director in April 2017.
Prior to his appointment at Mr Price, Mark filled roles as a group commercial manager at Aspen Pharmacare and director at Eurotap Investments respectively.
After qualifying as a chartered accountant, he did his articles at PwC. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
