Workday’s Kiveshen Moodley explains that CFOs’ adaptability is key to ensuring any organisation’s success.

Longstanding CFO South Africa partner Workday will be sponsoring the Strategy and Execution Award at this year’s CFO Awards.

Delighted to be sponsoring the award, country managing director Kiveshen Moodley says Workday wants to “shine a light on those who have been able to adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment and deliver exceptional results for their organisations”.

As a financial and human capital management company, Workday has a strong focus on strategic change management, and the last year has certainly tested CFOs’ abilities to adapt. “It is critical during this uncertain time that finance leaders put their data to work and give more power to the business, ensuring their organisations’ ongoing success,” Kiveshen says.

He adds: “We hope the winner encourages others to rethink what it means to be a CFO, giving them the confidence to transform their own roles and, in turn, their organisations.”

Workday has cemented its support for finance professionals over the years, throwing its weight behind some of CFO South Africa’s biggest events, including the Finance Indabas, Women's Day events, CFO Days, summits, and more.
