Amplats CFO Craig Miller joins the list of leaders competing for the CFO of the Year title.
Anglo American Platinum CFO Craig Miller has been nominated for the 2023 CFO Awards. He joins the nominees who will be competing for the coveted CFO of the Year title, at the annual “Oscars of Finance”, which is now entering its 10th year!
The CFO Awards have a proud history of recognising and celebrating excellence. The 10th Annual CFO Awards will be an exceptional celebration of the finest in finance of 2023, but will also shine a spotlight on 10 years of winners, recognising the enormous contribution made by finance leaders to the economy and direction of South Africa for the last decade.
Craig has been the chief financial officer of Anglo American Platinum since April 2019.
After completing his articles with Deloitte South Africa, Craig served as an audit manager for Deloitte London. He then joined Anglo American, where he has been for more than 20 years. He has fulfilled various roles, including group financial controller, CFO of Anglo American’s Iron Brazil business and Anglo American Coal South Africa, as well as head of the CEO’s office.
For his work as the CFO of Anglo American Platinum, Craig was also nominated for the 2021 CFO Awards.
