Mr Price has announced that Praneel Nundkumar has taken over from Mark Stirton as CFO.
Mr Price has appointed Praneel Nundkumar as its new CFO, with effect from 1 August 2023.
This comes after Mark Stirton stepped down from the role at the end of July on mutually agreed terms. He will remain with the group until March 2024 to facilitate a comprehensive handover, the company said.
Praneel holds a BCom and MBA from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is a qualified CA(SA). He has been with the financial services division of the group, Mr Price Money, for seven years, four years of which were as FD and the last three years as MD.
