Telkom announces new group CFO, Nonkululeko Dlamini

After many years in the public sector, Nonkululeko Dlamini takes up the group CFO role at Telkom.

Telkom has appointed Nonkululeko Dlamini as its new group CFO, starting 1 December 2023. She takes over from Dirk Reyneke, who will assume the role of chief capital projects officer.

Nonkululeko joins Telkom from Transnet, where she currently serves as group CFO, helping with the recovery of its finance function.

Prior to this, she served as the CFO of the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa. Nonkululeko won the Public Sector CFO of the Year Award at the 2015 CFO Awards.

Before this, she held various other management positions within Eskom.

Nonkululeko also has experience as a non-executive director on the boards of Kumba Iron ore and Small Enterprise Finance Agency (SEFA).
