Nonkululeko Dlamini was appointed as the CFO of Telkom in December 2023. Before that, she was the CFO of Transnet since July 2020 and before that, she was the CFO of the Independent Development Corporation (IDC) for five years. 

Prior to joining the IDC she was with Eskom where she spent 14 years in various executive positions. She served as acting CFO of Eskom Holdings until August 2015. She has been a non-executive director of Kumba Iron Ore since November 2016. She holds a B.Com from the University of Witwatersrand and is a CA (SA).

For her work at the IDC, Nonkululeko won the 2019 Public Sector CFO of the Year Award. She was also nominated for the 2018 CFO Awards.
