Fasset CFO recognised for his work and financial leadership.
Zakariya Alli, CFO of the Finance and Accounting Services Seta (Fasset), has been nominated for the 2024 CFO Awards. Zakariya has held the position of CFO at Fasset since November 2019.
Prior to joining Fasset, Zakariya served as FD and acting CFO at the National Skills Fund from 2017 to 2019. He also worked at the Auditor-General of South Africa in various audit roles from 2011 to 2017 and began his career as an external auditor at Nexia SAB&T from 2007 to 2010.
Zakariya is a qualified chartered accountant, holding a BAccSc from the University of South Africa and a CA(SA) designation from SAICA.
The 2024 CFO Awards, hosted by CFO South Africa, will take place on 13 November at the Polo Room in Sandton, recognising exceptional financial leadership and performance.
