CFO Boipelo Lekubo has joined the group of nominees for the 2025 CFO Awards.
Boipelo’s efforts as the finance director of Harmony Gold Mining Company has put her in the running for the annual “Oscars of Finance”.
Boipelo was promoted to the FD of Harmony Gold in 2020 after serving as the group's CFO since June 2017. Her previous roles include CFO of Atlatsa Resources Corporation for four years and financial manager of Northam Platinum for two years.
She served as an independent non-executive director of Trans Hex Group for five years and currently serves as an independent non-executive director on the boards of African Rainbow Capital and UBI General Partner, where she was appointed on 7 June 2018.
The 2025 CFO Awards, which recognises exceptional financial leadership and performance, will take place on 11 November at the prestigious Polo Room in Sandton.
