An audit manager at Ngubane & Co, she delivered an enthralling speech at the Finance Indaba at the Sandton Convention Centre in October last year, detailing her rise from the challenges of growing up in Umzimkhulu, a village in rural KwaZulu-Natal, to achieving her dream of becoming a chartered accountant with the support of small black-owned accounting firms.
