Alet Coetzee has been the CFO of Northam Platinum since 15 November 2018.
Alet is a CA(SA) and holds a B.Com honours degree in accounting sciences from the University of Pretoria.
She joined Northam Platinum in 2015 as a group financial controller. Prior to that she served as an associate director at EY, Northam’s external auditor. She worked at EY for almost 14 years and has been involved with the group since June 2007, when she first joined the external audit team.
For her work as the CFO of Northam Platinum, Alet was nominated for the 2021 CFO Awards, and walked away with the Compliance & Governance Award!
