Thiru Naicker will take over as Nampak’s CFO and executive director from 1 August, succeeding Glenn Fullerton.
Nampak has announced the appointment of Thiru Naicker as its new chief financial officer and executive director, effective 1 August.
She succeeds Glenn Fullerton, who will step down from the role on 31 August following his resignation.
Thiru brings over two decades of experience in senior leadership positions across major listed and multinational companies in the fast-moving consumer goods and retail sectors.
A qualified chartered accountant, she has previously held CFO and finance director positions at Unilever, Massmart and PepsiCo South Africa. Her expertise spans business transformation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, turnaround initiatives and board-level engagement.
She currently serves as senior finance director for PepsiCo South Africa’s supply chain division and also chairs and serves on the boards of several regional subsidiaries.
