What started as a simple idea to extend the learning and networking of the CFO South Africa community has reached a real tipping point with the recent addition of Oracle and SAP to the list of exceptional exhibitors that will be present at the Finance Indaba Africa, which will be held on 13 and 14 October 2016 at the Sandton Convention Centre, Gauteng.

Graham Fehrsen, CFO South Africa MD, said:
"We're excited about the platform and already have more than 1,000 finance professionals registered. Despite the challenging economic environment, the Finance Indaba is receiving fantastic interest from exhibitors and attendees alike. Our line of speakers includes CFO Award winners and leading professionals. Perhaps what sets this event aside is our commitment to giving finance professionals who are registered with any of the professional bodies, free access. This is nearly unheard of on the professional conference circuit in South Africa. We are also challenging the exhibitors to offer learning sessions rather than just traditional service or product pitches."
Finance professionals will vote with their feet over the two-day-long Finance Indaba and sit in on sessions or visit stands where their learning and knowledge will be greatly enhanced. Graham says that CFO South Africa was not sure when it first came up with the idea for the Indaba just how the market would respond but says the organisation is "very pleased with the progress so far". He says: "There will be more big partners announced soon so watch this space."
